POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ELIGIBILITY TO BEGIN THE CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP YEAR (CFY) UNDER ASHA SUPERVISION, AND ELIGIBLE FOR STATE LICENSURE AS A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST.

A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in an elementary school setting in North Little Rock, AR. This contract position spans the entire school year and offers the chance to work directly onsite with a diverse caseload of approximately 40 students. The role suits professionals with experience in pediatric speech therapy, school-based settings, and teletherapy is not part of this requirement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in educational environments
  • Familiarity with managing an elementary school caseload
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or required
  • Ability to deliver therapy services exclusively onsite, no teletherapy provision for this role

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the needs of up to 40 students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress and communication goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to school-based educational planning
