Responsibilities: ✔ Assist pediatric dentists chairside during cleanings, exams, sealants, fillings, and other treatments. ✔ Help create a positive and calming environment for children and their families. ✔ Prepare and disinfect treatment rooms and organize kid-friendly materials and instruments. ✔ Provide patient education on brushing, flossing, and oral hygiene habits tailored to young patients. ✔ Take and process pediatric dental X-rays with care and precision. ✔ Manage instruments and sterilization according to safety protocols. ✔ Support smooth patient flow by working closely with the front desk and other clinical team members. ✔ Comfort and guide children through their visit with patience and a friendly attitude. Qualifications: ✔ Experience working with children is a major plus — whether in a dental setting, school, or childcare. ✔ Eagerness to learn and grow in the pediatric dental field. ✔ Excellent communication skills and a warm, upbeat personality. ✔ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment. ✔ Radiology certification preferred or willingness to obtain. ✔ Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend or other dental software is a plus!
