Requirements Requirements: DMD or DDS Completed education in an accredited pediatric residency program Residents are welcome to apply! Requirements Qualifications & Experience: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency program Active state dental license and specialty license in Pediatric Dentistry (if applicable) Current BLS and PALS certification Experience and comfort working with children of all ages, including those with special healthcare needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, kid-focused demeanor Proficiency with pediatric dental technologies and digital charting systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, team-oriented practice Team members are expected to uphold the culture outlined in the SDB Handbook, with a focus on our core values and any additional responsibilities as define
