Key Responsibilities: - Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for pediatric patients - Provide preventive dental care, including cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants - Educate children and their parents on oral hygiene practices and dental health - Administer anesthesia and sedation as appropriate and within scope of practice - Collaborate with dental assistants and staff to ensure efficient patient care - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards - Stay current with advancements in pediatric dentistry and implement best practices Skills and Qualifications: - DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school - Valid license to practice dentistry in the state - Specialized training or certification in pediatric dentistry preferred - Proven experience working with children in a dental setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate, patient, and able to create a positive experience for young patients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Our practice values a positive work environment, professional growth, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
