What You’ll Enjoy at DOCS Dental: Competitive Daily Compensation or Percentage of Production Flexible Scheduling: 1-2 days/ month; initially with opportunity to increase. Malpractice Insurance Coverage Clinical Support: A fully staffed team to assist with patient care and clinical flow No After-Hours or On-Call Requirements Responsibilities: Provide dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers. Strong diagnostic skills and be well versed in all phases of general dentistry with emphasis on oral surgery, simple restorative, and palliative care. Utilize best practices, evidenced based dentistry and ADA standards of care in guiding your clinical practice. Educate patients on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations. Practice and follow infection control and OSHA regulations. Follow all rules and regulations set by the state, federal and governmental entities Build strong relationships with patients to create connections and influence patient retention. Execute company standards, processes, and procedures to ensure quality of service and a consistent patient experience. Strive to balance the achievement of operational targets while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Requirements DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. dental program 1 year of Pediatric Dentistry experience required Active, unrestricted state dental license CPR/BLS Certification Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and obtain Real ID for base access DOCS Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
