In this role, you will provide high-quality dental care tailored to the specific needs of children while ensuring their comfort and understanding of dental health. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough oral examinations and diagnostic assessments for children at various developmental stages Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Perform preventive and restorative dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions Educate patients and parents on proper dental hygiene practices and preventative care Establish a trusting relationship with children to alleviate dental anxiety Maintain comprehensive patient records and manage appointments efficiently Participate in dental health education initiatives in the community DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program Board certification in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of practice Experience working with children and understanding their specific dental needs Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create a friendly and supportive atmosphere for young patients Awareness of the latest trends and technologies in pediatric dentistry Willingness to engage in community outreach and education Dedication to ongoing professional development and education Good Salary Package +Other benefits+ Accommodation+ Annual Flight Tickets+ Annual 30 days paid Leave etc
