SearchPlus HR is excited to invite a motivated Pediatric Dentist to join our exceptional dental team. As a Pediatric Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to children from infancy through adolescence. Our practice emphasizes a fun, comfortable atmosphere where our young patients can feel at ease during their visits. You will play a crucial role in fostering positive dental experiences and promoting lifelong healthy habits among children. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough examinations of children's teeth and gums, assessing their overall oral health Diagnose dental conditions and create individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Perform essential preventive and restorative procedures such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions Educate children and their families on proper oral hygiene and healthy dietary choices Utilize behavior management techniques to help children feel comfortable during their visits Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment notes and progress updates Participate in community outreach efforts to promote pediatric dental health awareness Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program Current state dental license and board certification in Pediatric Dentistry is preferred Experience working with children in a clinical setting is highly desirable Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both children and parents Compassionate demeanor and a genuine interest in providing quality care to young patients Knowledge of current pediatric dental practices and technologies Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Good Salary Package +Other benefits+ Accommodation+ Annual Flight Tickets+ Annual 30 days paid Leave etc
