Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional care to children, and we are looking for a passionate professional who shares our commitment to fostering positive dental experiences. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental services to young patients in a friendly and safe environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough dental examinations for infants and children to diagnose dental issues and concerns. Create and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient. Perform essential preventive and therapeutic procedures, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Educate patients and their families about proper oral hygiene and dietary choices that promote good dental health. Utilize child-friendly behavior management techniques to help patients feel comfortable during their visits. Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting treatments and follow-up plans. Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote pediatric dental health awareness. DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry. Current state dental license and board certification in Pediatric Dentistry preferred. Experience working with children in a clinical setting is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both children and their parents. Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care. Knowledge of current trends and technologies in pediatric dentistry. Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary dental team. Commitment to ongoing professional development and education. Willingness to participate in community service and outreach programs.
