SearchPlus HR is seeking a passionate and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. In this role, you will be committed to providing exceptional dental care to our young patients in a safe and welcoming environment. We prioritize creating a positive experience for children and their families, making dentistry fun and accessible. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive dental evaluations for infants, children, and adolescents Diagnose dental issues, including cavities, malocclusions, and oral diseases Administer preventive care, including teeth cleaning, fluoride treatments, and sealants Perform restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, and tooth extractions Educate patients and their guardians on proper dental hygiene and nutrition Utilize effective behavior management techniques to ensure comfort and cooperation Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when needed for interdisciplinary care Participate in community outreach programs to promote pediatric oral health awareness Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution Completion of a residency program in Pediatric Dentistry Current state dental license and board certification in Pediatric Dentistry preferred Experience in a pediatric dental practice is highly desirable Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to children and families Compassionate and patient-centric approach to dental care Knowledge of the latest developments in pediatric dentistry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development and training Team player who can collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary dental team Good Salary Package +Other benefits+ Accommodation+ Annual Flight Tickets+ Annual 30 days paid Leave etc
