The Department of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, is seeking an exceptional Academic Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic and expanding practice. Qualified candidates will have completed residency in Pediatrics or Emergency Medicine and fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine and be board certified or board eligible. We seek applicants who have developed additional subspecialty expertise—including but not limited to ultrasound, EMS, clinical or translational research, quality improvement, or educational innovation—or who bring meaningful post-fellowship clinical experience. These skills reflect current departmental needs and will help strengthen our robust academic and clinical mission. Practice Highlights High-acuity, high-complexity clinical practice within a busy academic Emergency Department caring for 87,000 annual visits, including ~15,000 pediatric encounters, and serving as a Level I Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center. Clinical practice in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department with a dedicated Pediatric ED designed for efficient, family-centered, and high-quality care.
