SearchPlus HR is looking for a skilled Pediatric ER physician to join our dedicated emergency healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide immediate medical care for children facing critical health issues, ensuring their safety and well-being. Your compassionate approach and clinical expertise will be central to making vital decisions in emergency situations. Key Responsibilities: Quickly assess and triage pediatric patients in the emergency department. Diagnose and manage a variety of acute medical conditions affecting children. Stabilize and treat patients while performing necessary medical procedures and interventions. Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Communicate effectively with patients' families about treatment plans, potential outcomes, and next steps. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care in electronic health records. Engage in professional development and contribute to initiatives aimed at improving pediatric care. M.D. or D.O. degree with a completed residency in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Active medical license to practice in the relevant state. Prior experience in a pediatric emergency care setting is highly desirable. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills with the ability to perform emergency procedures. Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Dedication to ongoing education and improvement in pediatric emergency practices. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and healthcare technology.
