SearchPlus HR is seeking a passionate and skilled Pediatric ER physician to join our dedicated emergency services team. In this role, you will provide urgent care to children experiencing a range of medical emergencies. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will utilize your expertise to ensure that young patients receive prompt, high-quality medical attention in a reassuring environment. Key Responsibilities: Rapidly evaluate and triage pediatric patients arriving in the emergency department. Diagnose and treat varying acute conditions and injuries in children, from infants to adolescents. Stabilize patients and perform necessary procedures to manage emergent situations. Collaborate closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care. Effectively communicate with children’s families about their child’s diagnosis, treatment options, and next steps. Document all medical interventions and decisions in the electronic health record accurately. Participate in continuous education, training sessions, and departmental meetings to enhance care delivery. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pediatric emergency department. Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a Pediatric Residency Program. Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Pediatric Emergency Medicine. A valid medical license to practice in the state of employment. Experience in a pediatric emergency care setting is preferred. Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, especially in high-pressure situations. Exceptional communication skills for effectively interacting with young patients and their families. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and pediatric health education. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and pediatric care protocols. Responsibilities
