Learn more about our team at: www.pygtherapy.com [http://www.pygtherapy.com] ---------------------------------------- Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services. In this role, you will evaluate, develop treatment plans, and deliver engaging therapy to help children reach their communication and feeding goals. This position offers clinical autonomy, scheduling flexibility, and strong leadership support, allowing you to focus on providing excellent care. Schedule Options: Full-Time (25 sessions/week) and Part-Time 12 sessions/week) positions available. ---------------------------------------- Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations * Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals * Provide engaging, play-based therapy services * Address areas such as articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, fluency, AAC, and feeding (as applicable) * Supervise and support SLPAs in accordance with state regulations (if applicable) * Educate caregivers on strategies to support progress at home * Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner * Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies ---------------------------------------- Qualifications * Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License * Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology * Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred * Current CPR Certification * Article 9 Certification * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation * Ability to work independently in a home health setting * Pediatric experience preferred but not required * Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills ---------------------------------------- What We Offer * Competitive compensation * Flexible scheduling * Dedicated administrative and scheduling support * Collaborative clinical environment * Therapist-led leadership * Referral bonus opportunities ---------------------------------------- Full-Time W2 Benefits * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Sick Leave * $250 Annual CEU Reimbursement * $100 Toy / Therapy Equipment Reimbursement * Licensure Reimbursement ---------------------------------------- Our Culture At PYG Therapy, we are intentional about creating a workplace where therapists feel valued, supported, and connected.
