Schedule:

  • Monday - Saturday : 8am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record a patient’s medical history.
  • Monitor for seizures
  • Measure and record blood pressure, temperature, heart rate, and other vital signs.
  • Observe patients under treatment to identify progress and side effects of medications.
  • Monitor patients’ condition, including fluid intake and output, and document in patient charts.
  • Assist patients with daily activities such as eating and bathing.
  • Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas, and assist with wound care and other basic medical tasks.
  • Provide emotional and psychological support when needed.
  • Communicate with patients’ families to provide advice, comfort, and release instructions.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an LPN or RN, preferably in a home healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Understanding of confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of medical and hospital terminology.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress calmly and effectively.

Training and Support:

  • Training will be provided by the nurse handling the cases to ensure you are well-prepared and supported in your role.
