Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity We are looking for a full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join a private pediatric outpatient practice in Plainfield, NJ. This role involves evaluating children, diagnosing conditions, providing treatment, supporting preventive care, and helping families navigate ongoing health needs. The position is ideal for a provider who enjoys outpatient pediatrics and clear day-to-day clinical work. Position Details Position: Full-Time Salary: $75 to $90 per hour depending on experience Schedule: Tuesday: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM Responsibilities Assess pediatric patients and identify medical concerns Conduct routine and focused physical exams Diagnose illnesses and recommend treatment Prescribe medications and therapies within scope Monitor patient progress and manage follow-up care Support wellness visits and preventive care services Explain diagnoses and care plans to parents and guardians Keep patient charts complete and up to date Coordinate with physicians and office staff as needed Help maintain efficient and safe patient care delivery Active NJ APRN License Board Certified as a PNP or FNP MSN or DSN required Experience in pediatrics or completion of pediatric clinical rotations Knowledge of outpatient pediatric care Strong interpersonal and clinical communication skills 3 weeks PTO Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Explore a pediatric role that gives you the chance to do meaningful clinical work in an outpatient setting.
