Job Summary: An exempt health care professional position whose role is to provide advanced nursing service to patients ranging from newborns to young adults of age 18. Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team.  May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays. May prescribe medication. Must be registered nurses who have specialized graduate education.  The ideal candidate should be committed to helping the patient population (includes uninsured and underinsured) reach optimal health and support the plans and operations within a Patient-Centered Medical Home.  Qualifications: 1. Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Ohio. 2. Current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Ohio.  3. Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program. 4. National Board Certification through ANCC or PNCB. 5. Two Years of experience as a Registered Nurse. 6. Unrestricted Prescriptive Authority. It's a great place to work!
