JOB DESCRIPTION

In this shift nursing role, as an Overnight Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) you will have scheduled shifts to care for patients in the comfort of their homes. You will work with patients within pediatric ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible. This is a Full Time Overnight position, must be available from 10pm to 6am on weekdays & weekends. Travel within KWC & Wellesley required.

• Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients’ individualized needs
• Executing and continuously monitor care plans
• Engaging patients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
• Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans
