Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse) to join our well-established clinic in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatric care and a passion for working with children. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients, assisting doctors, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for children and their families.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid nursing license (RN or AN) from a recognized authority.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pediatric nursing (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric care practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Candidates with their own visa or family visa are preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients, including administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, documenting observations and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  • Assist pediatricians during consultations, examinations, and procedures.
  • Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and child-friendly environment in the clinic.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Handle medical equipment and supplies efficiently.
  • Provide emotional support to children and their families during medical visits.
