REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or has New York application in process
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedics
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start
    The salary range for this role is $413,000 to $775,000 annually based on full time employment . Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
