Blank Children's is a 108-bed environment that embraces and encourages families to be a part of their child's healing and recovery. Responsibilities Provide palliative care for children facing chronic, complex and/or life-threatening conditions and their families in the clinic, hospital, long-term care facility, or home. Provide palliative care for mothers whose babe has been diagnosed with chronic, complex and/or life-threatening condition in utero and their families in the hospital or clinic. Participate in comprehensive medical and psychosocial evaluation of patients and families, skilled and meticulous symptom management, and discharge planning and continuity of care. Serve as clinical and educational role model and mentor. Provide care and support in collaboration with the primary care team. Ensure compliance with practice standards and codes. Qualifications Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Primary care and/or Acute Care) or Family Nurse Practitioner Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) We offer: Attractive incentive package Signing Bonus A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
