 The field nurse will provide direct patient care in the patients place of residence. He/she must be able to function independently in performing the nursing process. Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart observations. Perform evaluation tasks, including vital signs and medication review and implement the plan of care provided by the clinician. Full Time and Part time positions available.    7 yrs old Male- G-tube , Seizures  Mondays 10:30a-6p Tuesdays 7:30a-7p Wednesdays 7:30a-5p Thursdays 9:30a-3:30p Fridays 7;30a-5:30p Duties • Provides direct, hands-on care to assigned clients. • Observes and assesses the client’s condition and care needs appropriately and reports changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician, as appropriate. • Administers prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies. • Medication Monitoring • Takes appropriate nursing action based on current assessments and achieves expected outcomes. • Educates and provides ongoing support and education to families and caregivers.   Experience • Current, unencumbered Texas license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) • Current CPR certification • Reliable transportation • Meet physical demands of lifting, transfers, kneeling and standing. • Pediatrics experience is recommended, but not necessary.
