POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Practice Manager, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, supervise administrative and clinical staff, manage HR and payroll functions, maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, and serve as the point person for IT, facilities, and vendor management. This role plays a key part in optimizing patient flow, improving quality metrics, and ensuring a supportive, efficient, and child-friendly practice environment.

• Lead and manage admin and clinical staff (MAs, nurses, reception, billing).
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA).
• Handle vendor contracts, IT support, and facility needs.
• Monitor budgets, order medical supplies, and manage inventory.
• Partner with billing on financial matters and resolve patient concerns.
• Support marketing, communication, and patient retention initiatives.
• Plan for emergencies, including pharmaceutical needs during outages.
