Advanced Pediatric Associates is looking for a full-time Pediatric Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients and their families, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working with children and families. What You'll Do Greet patients and families with a warm and professional attitude Gather and update patient information Process co-payments Verify insurance eligibility Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for patients and families Support the daily operations of a busy pediatric practice Schedule Full-time position 4-5 day work week (Monday through Friday schedule) Occasional half-day Saturdays Compensation $17.00 - $21.00, depending on experience Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Paid Time Off (PTO) and Extended Illness Bank (EIB) beginning on day one Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance, AD&D, and Long-Term Disability coverage Accident insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Primarily weekday schedule with weekends and evenings off Requirements Required High school diploma or equivalent Excellent customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in a customer service role, preferably with face-to-face interaction Experience working in a medical setting (6 months or more preferred) Why Join Advanced Pediatric Associates?
