A healthcare organization in Chaska, MN, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract position during the current school year. This opportunity offers a dynamic work schedule and the chance to provide specialized services to a K-8th grade caseload across two sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy to students in grades K-8 across two locations
  • Manage a caseload of pediatric clients, addressing diverse communication needs
  • Provide teletherapy services as needed, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care
  • Collaborate closely with educational and healthcare professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and federal guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current SLP certification (CCC preferred) or eligibility as an SLP Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • SLPA credentials accepted with relevant experience in school or healthcare settings
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams

Position Details:

  • Contract duration: Current School Year (CSY)
  • Location: Chaska, MN, with work between two sites
  • Hours: 30-32 hours per week, 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday, or Monday-Friday part-time based on preference)
  • Caseload: K-8 students
  • Start date: ASAP through June 6, 2025
  • No summer hours required
  • Potential contract renewal for the 2025-2026 school year
