Description:
- Provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and design tailored care plans.
- Lead and participate in emergency and resuscitative procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and medical trainees, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in pediatric and PICU care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED45,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Pediatric Specialist/Consultant with PICU: 5 years (Preferred)
