POSITION REQUIRES A MASTER’S DEGREE IN SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, ELIGIBILITY TO BEGIN THE CLINICAL FELLOWSHIP YEAR (CFY) UNDER ASHA SUPERVISION, AND ELIGIBLE FOR STATE LICENSURE AS A SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST.

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support early childhood development at a well-established early childhood school in Aurora, IL. This full-semester contract role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners in a focused and supportive educational environment.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology experience preferred
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome to apply
  • Experience working in school settings highly valued
  • Bilingual skills are preferred, enhancing communication and outreach
  • Prior early childhood experience is an advantage

Location and Schedule:

  • On-site position located in Aurora, IL
  • Start date: January 23, 2026
  • 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Single school site assignment ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive involvement with the student community

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality speech and language services to students with a caseload of fewer than 40 children
  • Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments, deliver therapy sessions, and monitor student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment focused on early childhood success
