Pediaprogress is a dynamic, multidisciplinary team of pediatric therapists passionate about helping children reach their full potential. We provide high-quality physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy services to children from birth to 18 years. As a credentialed provider with the Illinois Early Intervention program, we offer therapy both in-home (near our office or therapist locations) and in our spacious, light-filled clinic.

SLP QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
  • Illinois SLP license (Department of Financial & Professional Regulation)
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates welcome
  • Illinois Early Intervention (EI) credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Passion for pediatric therapy and a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
  • Maintain an active Illinois License and Early Intervention (EI) Credential by completing all required continuing education hours.
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations, including clear and thorough documentation of findings.
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions in a variety of settings, including the clinic, client homes, and daycare environments.
  • Develop, implement, and update personalized treatment plans every six months or as clinically indicated.
  • Effectively communicate client progress, therapy goals, and strategies to caregivers to support carryover and engagement at home.
  • Actively participate in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and share insights across disciplines.
  • Collaborate with fellow therapists to promote a holistic, team-based approach to client care.
  • Provide coverage for team members as needed to ensure continuity of services.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity expectations while maintaining quality of care.
