Key Responsibilities Perform minimally invasive surgical procedures on pediatric patients, including laparoscopic and thoracoscopic surgeries. Assess, diagnose, and develop surgical treatment plans tailored to pediatric patients. Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive perioperative care. Monitor patient progress post-surgery and manage any complications effectively. Educate patients’ families regarding surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with institutional policies. Stay updated on emerging minimally invasive surgical techniques and integrate them into practice when appropriate. Medical degree with specialization in Pediatric Surgery. Board certification or equivalent qualification in Pediatric Surgery. Proven experience in minimally invasive pediatric surgical procedures. Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Excellent surgical skills and understanding of pediatric anatomy and physiology.
