Responsibilities

The nurse will travel to a client's home based on a chosen schedule to provide one-to-one care, following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. Responsibilities also include performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
