Description
Canyon View Medical Group is currently seeking a Physician at the Pediatrics clinics located in Spanish Fork and Santaquin, Utah. Physicians are hired with a first year salary plus production incentives. Physician is eligible for partnership in the physician-owned practice at the beginning of the second year. Income with partnership status is production based. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, four weeks paid vacation, 401(k), and continuing medical education (CME).
Responsibilities
The Physician will be hired to work at the Pediatrics clinics located in Spanish Fork and Santaquin, Utah. Income structure includes a first-year salary plus production incentives, transitioning to production-based income upon achieving partnership status in the second year.
