About the Role We are seeking a Arizona-licensed Pediatrician to support the launch of our behavioral health and medical services in Arizona. This contract position will play a key role in payer enrollment, credentialing, clinical readiness, and launch activities as we establish operations in the state. This is a flexible, 1099 hourly consultant role. Clinical service opportunities may become available in the future based on mutual interest and business needs. Responsibilities Credentialing & Licensure Participate in commercial and Medicaid payer enrollment processes Complete and maintain CAQH and credentialing documentation Review and sign provider enrollment applications and related attestations Participate in occasional meetings related to network expansion and market launch Participate in 1-2 user research interviews to understand the AZ landscape - provider attitudes, patient attitudes towards care Help identify local key opinion leaders in the pediatric space and facilitate introductions where appropriate Qualifications Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license Board-certified Pediatrician Active DEA registration Ability to credential with commercial and government payers Experience with telehealth and value-based care models preferred Strong attention to detail and responsiveness during enrollment and credentialing activities Active Arizona Medicaid enrollment preferred Arizona State residency required Engagement Details Independent Contractor (1099) $100/hr, paid monthly via invoice Flexible schedule, estimated at about 1 hour per week Limited time commitment during launch phase Opportunity to expand involvement as patient services launch in Arizona
