Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Pediatrician to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, Iowa! What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof. Role Details: Clinic Hours: Mon, Tues, Fri 8am-5pm & Wed, Thur 8am-8pm; schedule flexible within clinic hours with 1 evening per week; light call schedule with 1:7 nights/weekends Sees on average 12-18 patients per day Provider team includes: 1 pediatrician & 3 pediatric nurse practitioners EHR: Ochin Epic Benefits: Student Loan Repayment: Eligible working site for federal student loan repayment programs Competitive Salary: starting around $227,778+ depending upon experience with quarterly production incentives available Licensing and Professional Subscriptions: Reimbursement provided. Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care to underserved populations within an integrated community health center. Manage a daily average of 12-18 patients while collaborating with a team of pediatric nurse practitioners.
