Responsibilities
  • Provide routine primary care and preventive services, including well-child exams, immunizations, developmental screenings, and sports physicals
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
  • Manage complex pediatric care in coordination with pediatric specialists
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Counsel patients and families on proper nutrition, hygiene, behavior, and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with our integrated care teams—including nurses, specialists, and administrative staff—to ensure continuity and quality of care
  • Utilize our robust electronic health record (EHR) system (eClinicalWorks)
  • Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
  • Maintain licensure, certification, and continuing medical education (CME) requirements
  • Adhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and state/federal healthcare regulations and standards
