Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pediatrician to provide comprehensive healthcare services to infants, children, and adolescents. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric conditions, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough medical evaluations, including physical examinations and developmental assessments, to diagnose pediatric health issues accurately. Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate preventive care, immunizations, and health education tailored to pediatric patients. Manage acute and chronic illnesses across various pediatric specialties, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools such as medical imaging and EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems. Collaborate with specialists in fields such as neonatology, cardiology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and dermatology to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Provide guidance on nutrition, behavioral health, family planning, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being. Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate CPT coding for billing purposes. Participate in clinical research initiatives or quality improvement projects aimed at advancing pediatric healthcare practices. Requirements Medical degree from an accredited institution with board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics. Valid medical license to practice in the designated region or country. Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient pediatric settings, including hospital medicine or neonatal intensive care units (NICU). Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient management. Knowledge of advanced diagnostic techniques including medical imaging modalities like CT scans or ultrasound. Familiarity with pediatric subspecialties such as neonatology, pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, or neurocritical care is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with patients' families from diverse backgrounds. Basic life support (BLS) certification; additional certifications in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) are preferred. Experience working within Level I or Level II trauma centers or hospital environments is advantageous.
