Description

Fix and resolve unexpected machine problems to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Coordinate product qualification after tool recovery from trouble events or regular maintenance. React promptly to qualification, inline, and defect inspection violations to maintain production quality. Support the execution of experiments aimed at improving TTMCY, COST, MXT, and overall quality. Address RDA/YE highlight cases efficiently to ensure continuous operation. Hold lot control processes to maintain fab speed and optimize OCAP. Demonstrated ability to fix complex machinery issues swiftly and effectively. Strong understanding of product qualification processes and standards. Demonstrated experience in reacting to and resolving inspection violations. Outstanding support and execution of experimental procedures to improve operational metrics. Outstanding attention to detail and a consistent focus on maintaining quality control standards. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is required. Proven track record of successfully implementing manufacturing solutions and maintaining high production quality.
