6) AUDITS

  • Support and drive the Service User Survey and Trauma Informed Audit process
    The above list is not exhaustive; additional areas of responsibility may be added over time and flexibility to cover for other staff roles is required from time to time.
    This is a new position and Job Description will be developed further over time with new tasks and responsibilities likely to be added to this list.

3. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge/Understanding of the work of Homeless Services
  • Experience/Knowledge of Quality Standards in particular NQSF
  • Experience in working with marginalised groups
  • Experience of community development work (desirable)
  • Understanding of Trauma Informed Approaches (desirable)
  • Self starting and energetic approach with an ability to work on own initiative
  • Experience of writing reports and action plans
  • Skilled at creating and/or delivering training
  • Experience/Understanding of implementing policy and practice to ensure consistency of approach
  • Experience/Knowledge of H&S Standards
  • Experience of liaising with Contractors/Suppliers and negotiation of contracts
  • Good understanding of the role of Quality and Compliance and its benefits to an organisation.
  • Willing to travel for the role, this may involve travelling to different locations around Ireland.
