IL 60453 Schedule: Part-Time (10–20 hours/week) Envision Unlimited is hiring a Peer Mentor – CRSS to support individuals in our mental health residential programs at our Drop In Center- 9648 S Pulaski Rd., Oak Lawn, IL 60453. This part-time role is perfect for college students, lifelong learners, recent CRSS grads, and anyone looking to make a difference while supplementing their income. EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE: What You’ll Need: • High School Diploma or GED • Lived experience with mental health and/or addiction recovery • Strong communication and public speaking skills • Must be able to drive or utilize public transportation to multiple locations • Must pass a background check • CRSS preferred; must be willing to obtain certification within one year *Preference given to Certified Recovery Support Specialists. Must be willing and able to secure certification within one year of employment if not already a CRSS. Responsibilities

The Peer Mentor will engage and support clients in the ACT Program, sharing personal recovery experiences and assisting with treatment planning. They will also support recreational activities and events at the Drop-in Center.
