The team supports 40–50 Student Mentors across different courses and study levels. About the Role: This is a hands-on student-facing role where you’ll help shape the experience and development of our Student Mentors. You’ll recruit, induct, train, and support the team, while also coordinating shifts and making sure the program runs smoothly across campuses. It’s a great role for someone who enjoys working closely with students, building capability, and improving how learning is delivered. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to the ongoing development of online learning modules and training content.
