WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR? Peer Recovery services, which include but are not limited to crisis intervention, community outreach and engagement. Observe the progress client’s make toward meeting objectives and provide feedback to clients and treatment providers. Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Interact positively by phone and in person with individuals experiencing acute crisis. Establish rapport using your personal experience as a person in recovery. Job Qualifications WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION? High School Diploma or GED required. Certification as a Certified Peer Support Professional preferred. Eligibility to receive certification required. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
