Interact positively by phone and in person with individuals experiencing acute crisis. Establish rapport using your personal experience as a person in recovery. Job Qualifications WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION? High School Diploma or GED required. Certification as a Certified Peer Support Professional preferred. Eligibility to receive certification required. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
