Our Detox Technicians play a vital role in ensuring our patients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way.
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Detox Technicians to join our team. This is an operations-focused role that involves cleaning, cooking, driving, medication observation, and—most importantly—exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with medical and clinical staff to observe, report, and support our patients during their stay.
Customer Service First: Treat patients with the utmost respect, kindness, and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Observe & Report: Monitor patients’ well-being, behaviors, and any changes in their condition, reporting findings to the clinical team.
Facility Upkeep: Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including light housekeeping and laundry duties.Meal Prep: Assist in preparing and serving nutritious meals for patients.
Transportation: Drive patients to appointments or outings as needed (valid driver’s license required).
Medication Observation: Supervise self-administration of medications in compliance with facility policies.
Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with nurses, therapists, and other staff to provide the best care possible.
Qualifications: Previous experience in detox, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare is a MUST.
Must be compassionate, patient, and able to maintain professional boundaries.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
Comfortable with cleaning, cooking, and general facility upkeep. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if transporting patients).
