DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled Pega Decisioning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Decisioning development and Customer Decision Hub (CDH), with a strong understanding of NBA strategies, data flows, and integration services.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Strong expertise in data modelling and architecture.
Hands-on experience with Pega Rules, Decisioning Frameworks, and Integration Services.
Familiarity with Java, SQL, and related technologies (preferred).

SOFT SKILLS:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification or equivalent.
Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $130,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year

Develop and enhance Pega Decisioning solutions, including Pega CDH.
Create NBA strategies, Decision Tables, and Data Flows to optimize customer engagement.
Design and implement Pega Rules, Flows, and Integration Services.
Integrate Pega applications with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform technical troubleshooting and provide support for Pega applications.
