You start your project by translating the requirements of the Business Analysts into a technical design, and you are also responsible for the concept, construction and ultimately successful implementation of the application.

At BPM Company we teach you to develop software in an innovative way with Pegasystems technology. After an extensive onboarding program in which we introduce you to Pega, you will start working for our renowned customers in the financial domain, government or retail.

You bring this

• A completed HBO/WO IT education
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Communication skills in both Dutch & English
• An absolute passion for automating business processes
• Experience and affinity with software development
• A drive to further develop yourself and others and to share knowledge
• Experience with BPM and/or case management application development is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills
