Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop business applications using Pega
  • Translate business requirements into functional, scalable technical solutions using Pega.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead the technical design and development efforts for Pega-based solutions.
  • Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide ongoing maintenance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and enterprise guidelines.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pega application development.
  • Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) certification is required.
  • Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is highly preferred.
  • Experience in PDC (Pega Diagnostic Cloud )
  • Experience with PRPC 7.x / 8.x and related Pega frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of case management, decision rules, integrations (SOAP/REST), and UI components.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
