JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications while undergoing training in Pega development.
• Participate in Pega certification programs and hands-on projects to gain expertise in the platform.
• Assist in designing and implementing workflow automation, case management, and business rules using Pega.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug Java and Pega applications as part of the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 0–2 years of experience in Java development (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs preferred).
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Willingness to learn and transition into Pega development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms or BPM tools.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
