MANDATORY SKILLS:

• PEGA Certified Lead Business Analyst with 5+ years of Pega experience.
• Strong background in business system analysis, deep integrations, and enterprise workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as:
• Business process modeling (e.g., Rational Software Modeler)
• Requirement analysis (e.g., Rational Requisite Pro)
• Wireframing (e.g., Balsamiq)
• Testing tools (e.g., Quality Center/ALM)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience in the insurance domain or consulting.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work as a self-starter in a well-established team.

• Act as the Lead Business Analyst in Pega-related projects.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create process models, workflows, domain data models, and gap analyses.
• Define business requirements, use cases, and testing strategies.
• Support product evaluation, implementation, and integration activities.
• Collaborate with global teams in consulting, application development, or package implementation projects.
