PEGA - Senior Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Level: 12+ years in IT with 7+ years in PEGA and leadership roles

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • PEGA CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) certification is highly preferred.
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5 years in PEGA.
  • Experience in PEGA PRPC 8.x or higher.
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering PEGA projects end-to-end.
  • Strong understanding of BPM, Case Management, Integration patterns, and PEGA frameworks.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience in sectors like Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom.
  • Exposure to cloud deployments (AWS, Azure, or Pega Cloud).
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD in PEGA ecosystems.
  • Global delivery and onsite-offshore model experience.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a seasoned PEGA Senior Manager to lead and drive PEGA-based digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PEGA architecture and delivery, hands-on experience in managing end-to-end implementations, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while being the point of contact for clients and stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the delivery of PEGA solutions for large-scale transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into PEGA-based solutions.
  • Architect scalable and robust PEGA applications following best practices and guardrails.
  • Manage a team of PEGA developers, architects, and business analysts across multiple projects.
  • Define project scope, estimates, timelines, and ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with technical and security standards.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and continuous improvement within the PEGA platform.
  • Handle client interactions, status reporting, and escalations.
  • Provide mentorship and career development support for team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PEGA platform enhancements and industry trends.
