Job Description Key responsibilities with a scope of enhancement Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other teams to ensure high-quality delivery Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization Mentor and support junior developers on technical best practices Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years Qualifications Position: Senior Pega Developer Experience Required: 6–10 years Location:Noida Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Certified Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) – mandatory Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (v8.x or above) including Case Design, Data Model, UI, Decision Rules, Integrations, and Activities Proficiency in designing and implementing Pega workflows, integrations (SOAP/REST services), and business rules Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments Ability to perform code reviews, solution design, and guide junior developers Good understanding of database concepts (SQL/Oracle) and application server management Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Additional Information At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
