JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Pega OpenSpan RPA Developer with a strong background in .NET development to join our automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Pega OpenSpan (Pega RPA), along with leveraging .NET frameworks for integrations and advanced automation needs. The role requires hands-on expertise in automation design, troubleshooting, and working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in RPA development using Pega OpenSpan.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET framework, C#, and Windows-based application development.
  • Experience in building automation workflows for desktop, web, and legacy applications.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration, SQL Server, and web services (REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of attended and unattended bots, surface automation, adapters, and deployment tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with debugging and exception handling in automation.
  • Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    Job Type: Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
