ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION

• Drive business process transformation with Pega Platform.
• Work with stakeholders to evaluate processes, clarify strategic objectives, and contribute to development plans.
• Drive business process improvements with solutions like Intelligent Automation, Customer Decision Hub, Process AI, and Process Mining.
• Use Pega Express to define objectives, document business requirements, and translate them into business outcomes.
• Understand Pega Platform’s capabilities to translate business requirements into robust, scalable enterprise applications.

REQUIREMENTS

• Pega certifications (Certified Pega Business Architect is a must).
• Experience in SDLC.
• Experience in architecting and designing Pega solutions.
• Experience in collection of business requirements (preferred as per BABOK guide or/and IREB).
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with Pega solutions.
• Working knowledge of BPMN (mandatory) and UML (optional).
• Working knowledge of credit processes.
