JOB SUMMARY
This position entails leading a team in the implementation and support of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of technical solutions. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals in the implementation, customization, and maintenance of pega applications.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using pega technology.
3. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions to optimize pega applications.
5. Work closely with cross functional teams to integrate pega applications with existing systems and technologies.
